As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Security Operations Engineer to join our team in Sofia.

The Role

As a Security Operations Engineer, you will be a key member of our security operations team, handling day-to-day platform management, incident response, and customer requests across a wide range of security domains. You'll work directly with our customers to manage their security environments, triage alerts, and resolve incidents — making a tangible impact on their security posture every day.

This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who is comfortable working across multiple customer environments, enjoys variety, and wants to deepen their expertise in modern security platforms.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support customer security platforms across Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Security, Email Security, Network Security, and Cloud Security
• Handle day-to-day platform requests, configuration changes, and scheduled maintenance tasks on behalf of customers
• Triage security alerts, investigate incidents, and lead or support incident response efforts through to resolution
• Document findings, actions taken, and recommendations clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify security gaps and propose improvements
• Stay current with emerging threats and the evolving capabilities of the platforms you manage

Platforms & Tools

Our environment spans a broad range of enterprise security platforms. You don't need to know all of them — what matters is that you're comfortable learning new tools and have solid hands-on experience with at least a few. Examples include:

• Microsoft Security Stack — Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Intune, Purview
• CrowdStrike Falcon — endpoint detection and response
• Palo Alto / Fortinet — next-generation firewalls and network security
• Okta — identity and access management
• Google Workspace — admin and security configuration
• Cloudflare SASE — secure access and network edge
• …and others across the security tooling landscape

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support, security operations, or similar technical role
• Working knowledge of at least one of the following domains: Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Security, Email Security, Network Security, or Cloud Security
• Solid understanding of security alert triage and incident response processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English language communication, both written and verbal — you'll be interacting with customers regularly
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the platforms listed above
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SC-200 (Microsoft Security Operations Analyst), or equivalent
• Experience working in a managed services or multi-customer environment
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management framework
