We're working with an established global professional services and consulting firm expanding its identity and access management capability, seeking a Principal IAM Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across complex hybrid environments.

This is a senior role covering the full identity lifecycle (provisioning, access governance, role modelling, and SoD controls) for a security programme spanning multiple cloud and on-prem systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud solutions in an enterprise, highly regulated environment
• Owning identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, role modelling, SoD controls, and compliance frameworks Integrating IAM across directories, ERP systems, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise applications
• Supporting IAM programmes across Azure, AWS, and GCP Advising senior stakeholders on IAM risk, governance strategy, architectural decisions, and remediation approaches

What We're Looking For

• 6-10+ years in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, Security Engineering, or Security Architecture
• Proven experience designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud in enterprise or highly regulated environments
• Strong grasp of identity lifecycle, provisioning, access governance, role modelling, SoD, and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience integrating IAM across directories, ERP, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise applications

Nice to Have

• SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect certification
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Professional or Engineer certification
