Key Responsibilities

Review IT architectures and assess cybersecurity risks.

Define and implement security controls, policies, and security plans.

Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews.

Guide development teams on secure SDLC and DevSecOps best practices.

Design secure cloud and hybrid architectures.

Support incident response, monitoring, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives.

Ensure compliance with security standards, GDPR, and EC policies.

Advise stakeholders on cloud optimization, security improvements, and emerging threats.

Required Experience

15+ years of IT experience.

10+ years in cybersecurity architecture and security operations.

Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Proven expertise in DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Good understanding of IAM, encryption technologies, cloud security, and security monitoring.

Experience working in large international organizations.

Certifications

Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert (or equivalent)

AWS Cloud Certification

Azure Security Certification

Terraform Associate or equivalent

ITIL Certification

Technical Skills

AWS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, DevSecOps, SAST, DAST, OWASP, IAM, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, EDR, IDS/IPS, Python, Bash, PowerShell, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, GDPR.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (B2+).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and within distributed international teams.

Experience producing technical documentation and security recommendations.

Ideal candidate: A senior cybersecurity professional with strong cloud security and architecture expertise, capable of leading security assessments, defining secure cloud strategies, and advising stakeholders in a complex international environment.
