Protiviti Bulgariais seeking a Security Analyst to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Managed Services team supporting a global healthcare client. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, analysis, and support of security within the client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment and related Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of D365 security concepts, segregation of duties (SoD), role-based security, user provisioning, and compliance requirements. The analyst will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and security leadership to maintain a secure and compliant application environment while providing exceptional managed services support.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations

• Provision, modify, and deactivate D365 user access.
• Create and maintain security roles, duties, privileges, and assignments.
• Support periodic user access reviews and recertification activities.
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Investigate and resolve security-related support tickets within established SLAs.
• Assist with security audits and compliance activities.

Managed Services Support

• Monitor and triage security-related incidents and service requests.
• Support deployment activities involving security configuration and user readiness.
• Document security configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in root cause analysis for recurring security issues.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders regarding security requests and incidents.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate security administration activities.
• Contribute to managed services knowledge bases and standard operating procedures.
• Support governance and compliance reporting efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience administering D365 security roles and user access.
• Understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Experience conducting Segregation of Duties analysis.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and managed services environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fastpath, D365 Security Diagnostics, or similar governance tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management concepts.
• Experience with Power Platform security.
• Familiarity with SOX, HIPAA, or other regulated environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
