Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance Specialist to support the Bank's cybersecurity governance framework, regulatory compliance activities and management reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support cybersecurity governance processes, policies and procedures.

Monitor and track cybersecurity regulatory and compliance requirements.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations and governance materials.

Coordinate cybersecurity committee meetings, maintain minutes and follow up on action items.

Support internal audits, regulatory reviews and supervisory inspections.

Maintain cybersecurity risk registers, action plans and evidence repositories.

Assist in the preparation of compliance assessments, gap analyses and remediation tracking.

Coordinate documentation management and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

University degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, ICT governance, compliance, audit, operational risk or a related area.

Good understanding of cybersecurity governance and risk management principles.

Knowledge of DORA, NIS2 or financial sector regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Strong analytical, organizational and reporting skills.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
