Risk Analysis and Information Security Compliance Specialist, Information Security Department, Sofia

Contribution and key responsibilities:

• Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies, rules, procedures, and guidelines
• Support the organization in identifying, analysing, assessing, and reporting ICT risks
• Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits and compliance assessments
• Participate in the organization of campaigns and training to raise information security awareness among colleagues
• Monitor changes in regulations, best practices, and professional standards within the financial sector and support their implementation

For efficiency and effective role performance:

• Good/ basic knowledge of key regulations and security standards in the financial sector (such as DORA, NIS 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) or a keen interest to learn them
• A university degree in IT, Cybersecurity or a related field (completed or in progress), or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in a similar role within the field of information security (experience in a financial or tech company is a plus)
• Working knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Analytical thinking, initiative, prioritization skills
• А strong team player, supportive of colleagues
