IT Identity & Access Management Team Lead

Contribution and key responsibilities:

• Grow and mentor a team of IAM engineers and analysts
• Modernize joiner, mover, and leaver processes through automation
• Improve IGA, directory services, SSO, MFA, and PAM capabilities
• Strengthen RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties
• Lead privileged access controls, including vaulting, monitoring, and emergency access
• Make access reviews simpler and more effective for the business
• Support audits and work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Information Security
• Improve IAM integrations, workflows, documentation, and operational resilience
• Investigate access incidents and turn lessons learned into lasting improvements

For efficiency and effective role performance:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of experience in IAM, identity security, or a related field
• Strong practical knowledge of IGA, IdP, SSO, PAM, or enterprise directory platforms
• Experience with LDAP, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
• Experience with ServiceNow request and workflow
• A solid understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties
• Experience mentoring or leading technical colleagues
• The ability to explain complex access risks clearly to business stakeholders
• Experience supporting audits or control activities, ideally in a regulated organization
• Working proficiency in English
• Strong teamwork skills
