We’re looking for a Senior User Access Management Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise security and access management programme.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience across User Access Management processes, access levels, profiles, and enterprise applications, with exposure to SAP environments and cloud platforms.

🔐 Key responsibilities:

• Managing and improving User Access Management (UAM) processes, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) activities

• Supporting access requests, approvals, provisioning, and access reviews

• Defining and maintaining access levels, profiles, and permissions

• Working with business and technical teams to ensure appropriate access controls are implemented

• Supporting access governance across enterprise platforms

• Collaborating with teams working with SAP environments, including SAP RISE

• Using and improving UAM tooling and supporting process automation initiatives

🧩 What we’re looking for:

• 4–6+ years of experience in User Access Management / Identity & Access Management

• Strong understanding of UAM processes and access governance principles

• Experience with access levels, profiles, and privileged access concepts (PAM exposure beneficial)

• Previous experience working with SAP environments is highly desirable

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

• Experience working with Active Directory

• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, LeanIX, UAM platforms, and similar technologies

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
