Our client, a global consulting firm, is assembling a specialized technical delivery squad in Sofia to drive a high-stakes SAP Identity Management (IdM) integration initiative. We are seeking experienced SAP IdM Specialists to design, secure, and maintain enterprise access architectures and core data pipelines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• E2E Identity Governance: Design, implement, and maintain complex SAP IdM platform configurations to manage enterprise user access lifecycles.
• Backend & Service Integration: Build and support robust backend logic using Java, JavaScript, REST, and Olingo frameworks.
• Database & Data Management: Manage, query, and optimize relational database management systems (RDBMS) including SAP ASE, Oracle, MSSQL, and DB2.
• Deployment & Process Automation: Maintain build pipelines and release flows utilizing Maven, Jenkins, Git, and Eclipse development environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Consultant Posture: Strong analytical problem solver who works autonomously over innovative tasks, comfortably handling challenging internal and customer scenarios.
• Agile & Security Discipline: Solid understanding of software security protocols paired with experience in Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban).
• Execution Drive: High sense of urgency, excellent time management, and a proactive "can-do" attitude when tackling complex, first-time technical challenges.

Must-Haves:

• Deep, hands-on product knowledge of SAP Identity Management (IdM).
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming proficiency, primarily in Java.
• Solid commercial experience with relational databases (RDBMS/SQL across ASE, Oracle, MSSQL, or DB2).
• Flawless communication skills in both English and Bulgarian.

Location & Working Setup:

• Role based out of Sofia, Bulgaria (Open to local B2B contractors or permanent setups).
