We are looking for experienced SAP Identity Management (IdM) Engineers to join a large enterprise environment and support a high-stakes identity infrastructure transformation. Working with an in-house technology consultancy, you will take E2E ownership of developing, integrating, and optimizing secure SAP IdM solutions across complex enterprise systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable SAP Identity Management (IdM) solutions.
• Building and enhancing Java-based custom integrations and logic for enterprise identity workflows.
• Integrating systems using REST APIs and modern middleware/integration technologies.
• Supporting end-to-end identity lifecycle management and automated provisioning processes.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex SAP IdM configurations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong commercial background in identity governance and administration using SAP IdM.
• Solid software engineering background with Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, or similar).
• Consultant mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience with SAP Identity Management (SAP IdM).
• Hands-on Java development and REST API integration experience.
• SQL proficiencywith enterprise relational databases.
• Familiarity withcore DevOps/delivery tools: Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Good understanding of software security concepts and IAM best practices.
• Excellent English for daily international team collaboration.
