Position Overview

We are looking for an Identity Security Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will manage and operate our Identity Security portfolio primarily based on Idira Technology stack. You will work within structured SLAs, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain stable and secure operations.

Your goal in this role is to proactively operate our scoped security platforms and address technical issues reported by customer teams.

The process can involve a series of steps, from designing, implementing and troubleshooting Idira (formerly CyberArk) PAM and Secrets Management solution technologies both on-prem, SaaS and Hybrid.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, working with enterprise technologies, and contributing to high-performance and excellence oriented teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solutions design and implementation.

• Windows/Linux server operations and troubleshooting.

• Act as the primary contact for technical incidents, service requests, and inquiries.

• Log, classify, and manage tickets in Jira in full alignment with internal SLA requirements.

• Provide L1 incident resolution, escalating to vendors or internal teams when necessary.

• Perform daily/weekly operational tasks such as monitoring, health checks, report reviews, and system status validation.

• Support regular updates, patching, hardware maintenance, and system configuration changes.

• Participate in change management procedures and execute approved configuration modifications.

• Document all actions, updates, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-based articles.

• Work closely with clients to ensure issues are resolved professionally and within agreed SLAs.

• Support infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and integration activities.

• Develop strong working relationships with team members and customers through daily communication.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Identity Security, Secrets Management and/or Identity Governance background.

• 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration.

• Very good understanding of Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching).

• Experience with troubleshooting OS issues, and common IT services.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset.

• Ability to follow established procedures and document all actions clearly.

• Customer-focused attitude and ability to explain technical topics clearly.

• Self-motivated to learn and achieve.

• Great team player.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SLA-oriented support environments.

• Previous work with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or ongoing education).
