Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the Microsoft E7 cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, governance model, and target operating model.
• Drive prioritization and implementation of Microsoft security capabilities.
• Align Microsoft security capabilities with cybersecurity objectives, risk reduction targets, compliance requirements, and business priorities.
• Coordinate engagement with Microsoft and implementation partners.
• Ensure governance structures, decision-making processes, ownership models, risk management procedures, and reporting mechanisms are established and maintained.
• Track roadmap progress, implementation status, dependencies, risks, issues, commitments, and value realization.
• Provide management with clear recommendations on investment priorities, risks, implementation challenges, and required decisions.
• Define and monitor KPIs, KRIs, adoption metrics, maturity indicators, and cybersecurity value realization measures.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience leading complex cybersecurity programs in large enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, Security Copilot, and related security services.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security architecture, licensing models, service dependencies, and support structures.
• Experience in identity security, data protection, security operations, cloud security, compliance, and AI security.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving Cybersecurity, IT, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Vendor Management, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft and strategic implementation partners.
